Finally.. we have our blog up and running. 🙂
We will get a few updates now and then about stuffs that we are into recently so as to inform you about what we are into. Do subscribe to stay tuned..
Recently, we were working on a project to make a 3D model of our logo to hang on the office wall.
We tried different approaches.. we seeked out for styrofoams failing despite our attempts to acquire the material. We borrowed some synthetic resin adhesive from our friends at the Chetansheel Yuwa Samuha to create Papier-mâché model of the logo.
Do check this image gallery out in order to see how we made the 3D logo that now triumphs  on our office wall.Â
The fevicol we borrowed from our friends at Chetansheel Yuwa Samuha.
Papier-mâché requires shredded paper.. so we tore some! 😀
Since it was going to get really messy.. we decided to use brush to apply the glue. Hint: it still got messy..
Newspapers were curled up into neat balls and were placed alongside each other to see how they would represent our logo.
Metal wires that were used to hold the paper balls together
since the amount of fevicol required to hold the balls would be too high, would take too long to dry and also would not provide integrity to the model we decided to put them in place using the metal wires.
The finished metal wire model
A finished model on our worktable with printed logo for comparison.
The earlier model turned out too bulky and still needed a lot of retouching. So we came up with this ultra light and ultra efficient model of design
Also, the design was incorporated onto one of our lights. So during our code camps at night.. we now have a luminous logo! 🙂

Amazing stuff! Do let me know if I can contribute 🙂
